My Favourite Martian

Years ago, I wrote an article for a Canadian magazine, and I mentioned the old TV show My Favorite Martian.

But this Canadian editor spelled it My Favourite Martian, the Canadian spelling. I didn't argue with him when I saw it, but he should have used the U.S. spelling.

After all, the show was officially My Favorite Martian, not My Canadian Martian.
