Sole power

Found online: According to published reports, 99 percent of Packers fans renew their season tickets meaning that only 100 to 200 tickets are sold to those lucky soles at the top of the list.

Unless you're talking about foot care, I'd change soles to souls. Also, I'd put a comma after tickets, or I'd change it to this:

According to published reports, 99 percent of Packers fans renew their season tickets, which means that only 100 to 200 tickets are sold to those lucky souls at the top of the list.
