Pass rushers

FOUND ONLINE: Tuck's Giants career was somewhat of a roller-coaster ride, but he enjoyed stretches of dominance that made him one of the league's best pass-rushers.

There's no reason to hyphenate pass rushers. You'd use a hyphen, however, when talking about a pass-rushing defensive end, like Justin Tuck. Roller-coaster ride looks fine to me.

Fowl language

Found online: A really good show with no fowl language and violence like so many shows today.

The Penguin or Hawkman (or Foghorn Leghorn) would have to provide fowl language. I think this writer meant foul language.

Found in a store: Special buy, while supplies last

It's that way with everything, whether it's a special buy or not. When supplies are gone, it's time to buy more. Or they're simply gone.
