CUT ALL HOMELESS PEOPLE IN HALF

SIGN FOUND ON FACEBOOK:

We plan to cut all homeless people in half by 2025

I don't know what the sign writer was thinking, but I wouldn't want to be one of the homeless people who were cut in half. Of course, the writer was trying to say that the NUMBER of homeless people would be reduced by half.

They also could have said that homelessness would be cut in half by 2025.
