RNC FROM MINNESOTA

FOUND ONLINE:  “I do not think a party centered on President Trump is viable,” said David Asp, a former member of the Republican National Committee from Minnesota.

From Minnesota just doesn't fit with the Republican National Committee. I'd move it.

“I do not think a party centered on President Trump is viable,” said Minnesotan David Asp, a former member of the Republican National Committee.

FROM THE SAME ARTICLE: When Mr. Nixon died in 1994, then-President Bill Clinton praised his “wise counsel,” accomplishments and “devotion to duty,” delivering an eulogy that urged Americans to judge the former president on the “totality” of his life.

I apologize for posting that long sentence here. It's too long, but the main problem is an eulogy. A eulogy sounds right to my ear.

Were targeted by Russia

FOUND ONLINE: And this evening, the Senate Intelligence Committee released a (heavily redacted) report concluding that election systems in all 50 states were targeted by Russia in 2016.

I would say that Russia targeted all 50 states in 2016. It's a more direct way to say it.

Also found online: How many square feet is a 18 foot circle?

It would be an 18-foot circle.
