One stage that stars pass through

Found online:
One stage that stars pass through as they run out of nuclear fuel is called the preplanetary or protoplanetary nebula stage.

Let's tighten this up:

As stars run out of nuclear fuel, they go through the preplanetary or protoplanetary nebula stage.

It's obvious from context that there's more than one stage involved. The word stage itself implies that there's more to come.

Selling a wench

Found online in an ad: 4X4, 4 speed transmission with wench.

I couldn't resist posting about this. They're trying to sell a 1967 Dodge flatbed truck, but it sounds like somebody's trying to get rid of his wife, too. Otherwise, it would be winch.

I'd also make it a 4-speed transmission.
