Whom to hire

FOUND ONLINE: Now he’ll have to figure out whom to hire and trust as his football czars in San Francisco...

This is the first part of a long sentence. I know that grammarians will say that whom is correct here, and they'll give good reasons. Me, I prefer who here.

We have already seen it payoff

FOUND ONLINE: While such an approach can be risky, we have already seen it payoff under this current administration.

In this case, it's pay off, not payoff (as in making a big payoff).

ALSO FOUND ONLINE: Her net worth is all ready $130 million and growing.

This is similar to the payoff sentence above. It should be already, not all ready.
