WORDS: Sedition vs. treason

SEDITION VS. TREASON: Seditious conduct is directed against a government and tends toward insurrection but does not amount to treasonTreasonous conduct consists of levying war against the United States or of adhering to its enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

I'd heard a lot about treason lately, so I looked it up.

I'm not sure writing an anonymous op-ed fits either word.
