Wheel alinement

I was just watching an episode of Dragnet from the 1960s, and I noticed a sign as Friday and Gannon drove past. It was a garage advertising WHEEL ALINEMENT.

It's really spelled WHEEL ALIGNMENT.

P.S.: In another episode, I saw Friday and Gannon park in front of that sign at a garage/gas station.
