Let's disambiguate that sentence

Rachel Maddow likes to use big words on her MSNBC show (cleverly called The Rachel Maddow Show). She just used the word disambiguate, so I looked it up.

It's a real word that means to remove uncertainty of meaning from (an ambiguous sentence, phrase, or other linguistic unit).

The easiest way to remove uncertainty from Rachel's sentence would be to remove disambiguate from it.
