It sounds like meteorologists made landfall in Florida. And the sentence is unnecessarily redundant.

FOUND ONLINE: A dazzling spiral galaxy has been captured in "unprecedented detail" in a new photo released by NASA's James Webb Space Telescope. 

I can't imagine the telescope actually releasing the photo. I suspect that NASA would have to do that.
