Where's the "t"?

This sentence, just found online, is missing something, a "t."

 Before Dan Marino sent the No. 13 into immorality, Jake Scott made a strong case to have it retired in his honor.

 I think they meant "immortality," not "immorality." At least I hope so.

    This made me laugh...I am following you now, but just to share, as an English teacher I often "bust a gut" at students use of the wrong word. Some of the sentences I've read have been down right X-rated when they put them on the page. I really should save them - create a list of the most colorful mistakes to blush by!
