MEANING: ANTIQUARIAN

I just found an antiquarian bookdealer in a novel, so I looked it up.

Meaning of antiquarian: An antiquarian or antiquary is an aficionado or student ofhistory with particular attention to ancient artifacts, archaeological and historic sites, or historic archives and manuscripts.

The simpler definition I found was a person who studies or collects antiques or antiquities.
