LINEBACKER CORE

FOUND ON YOUTUBE:
 BEST NFL LB CORE?

Normally, this would be NFL LB CORPS? It's kinda like the Marine Corps.

Rotten to the corp

FOUND ONLINE: Miami entered the 2010 NFL Draft looking to bolster their WR corp by acquiring a speedster to pair with Brandon Marshall.

At least the writer didn't write core. It's corps, not corp. Also, you'd write its (for Miami), not their.

FROM ANOTHER SPORTS ARTICLE: But the quarterback underperformed in 2016, although he dealt with a poor receiving core assembled by his GM.

This writer actually DID write core instead of corps. Obviously, corps is correct. Also, spellcheck doesn't like underperformed.
