Found online: Rookie Kicker Greg Zuerlein, whom was a perfect 13-13 from the field, missed three of his five field goals including the game tying attempt.

No, sorry. Let's try it again:

Rookie kicker Greg Zuerleinwho was a perfect 13 for 13 from the field before the game, missed three of his five field-goal attempts, including the game-tying attempt.

That's a lot of work for one sentence.
