Poor spelling by a recruiter

Found online: Hi All, I am recruiing a Copy Desk Chief for one of my clients.

I'm not looking for a copy desk chief position, but it must be frustrating for a prospective candidate when the recruiter can't spell. That's obviously meant to be recruiting.

Also, I don't know that copy desk chief needs to be uppercased.
