I found this on a travel website, and, at first, I was going to leave it alone. Then I realized I needed to speak up.
The writer (master's degree in communications) was speaking of a time around midnight, and he should have said 11 p.m. or 12 a.m. If you mention 12 p.m., you're talking about noon, not midnight.
On the other hand, he could be right and I'm confused (which happens). Maybe he DOES go to bed at 11 a.m. or 12 p.m.
