Predominantly I mainly see

FOUND ONLINE: Predominantly I mainly see Indians, Asians and Europeans living here. Including these there are also high numbers of Chinese, Korean, Tibetan, French, Swiss, German and British. North American’s are around in many capacities but not overwhelmingly.

This is obviously a travel story written by someone who is fairly new to English. You don't need some of the words, and you don't need to put an apostrophe in Americans. Let's try again:

Among those living here, I see lots of Indians, Asians and Europeans, plus high numbers of Chinese, Korean, Tibetan, French, Swiss, German and British. A few North Americans are scattered here and there.
