Passed and past, miss spellings and more

NEEDS EDITING: I just found this partial sentence — "...whether or not the game has past him by" — online. The word "past" involves time. I think they want passed here.

MISS SPELLED: I just saw a road sign that said Prodcue on one side and Proudce on the other.

In fact, we'd just come back from a Chinese restaurant that had carb rangoon (instead of crab) and sliver beans instead of string beans.

Everyone needs a good editor. I especially like the carb rangoon.

WELCOME: Welcome to the new followers to this blog, and greetings to the veterans. If you have any ideas for blog entries, let me know.

EDITORIAL GROUP: If you're a writer, editor or general freelancer, check out my Freelance Writers and Editors group on Yahoo.

BLOGS: If you have an editing or writing blog (or if you have a particular entry you're proud of), let me hear about it. It doesn't even have to be a writing or editing blog. I just like good writing. Thanks.
