This story is full of minor (and aggravating) errors. I'd change the beginning of this sentence this way:

ALSO FOUND ONLINE: Whom ever losses out on Edmunds – will get Smith (Bears or Oakland).
No, no, no, no. It's whoever. Also, it's loses, not losses. And you don't need that hyphen.
