Saving newspapers

IF YOU'RE A FAN OF NEWSPAPERS, you might check out today's N.Y. Post story on the Federal Trade Commission's ideas to save traditional news outlets. The ideas offered include taxes on various things that would help newspapers, which have lost tons of revenue in recent years.

This isn't a tradtional news story. The writer is very pointed in his criticism of the FTC's ideas.

I'm not surprised someone got this idea. Newspapers need an influx of ideas as much as money.
