Interesting spam

I USUALLY DON'T pay much attention to spam, but one bit of spam caught my attention today.

After an introductory paragraph, it said, I expect your imperative response. The interesting word, of course, is imperative, which can be a command or a plea. Was this a command or a plea? With the word expect, it sounds more like a command.
