Found online: After the Associated Press published an article on March 20th about employers asking job candidates for Facebook and
social media passwords, the response was, to say the least,
overwhelming.
Writers often say "to say the least," but is it really necessary with overwhelming? If something is overwhelming, it is so whether you say the least or the most. Would you say that Jupiter is huge, to say the least? Overwhelming is like unique; it needs no help.
Also, the Associated Press would say March 20, not March 20th.
