If you were using parallel construction, you'd change attacks anyone to attacking anyone. Also, I'd change that to who in the sentence; the writer is talking about people. Finally, I'd change looks to looked because we're not talking in present tense here.
But this is the same Trump who spent weeks yelling at a Latino judge, complaining about the Pope, and attacking anyone and everyone who looked at him cross-eyed.
